The Marketing Manager role, and your future with Tapmydata
You will be a driving force of the marketing plan and execution as we bring Tapmydata into a new year. We will be launching a new brand name and style early in 2022.
You will deliver cross-cultural marketing/community development, and strategic partnerships. Prior experience working within crypto is a major benefit, and a track record of success with prior tokenized projects will be a huge plus.
- Define objectives for the Marketing function in partnership with the senior leaders of the organization and of the leadership team
- Plan, implement and manage annual marketing strategy and plan to grow our new user base
- Lead the development and delivery of our re-brand project in Q1 2022.
- Define and execute a full-funnel marketing & growth strategy
- Develop and implement our Partner marketing and business development strategy
- Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department in line with company-wide KPIs, track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Participate in the customer, market and business intelligence program to make sure the customer needs are at the core of all investment decisions
You will be a key link between all teams, so while this role has a requirement of a large understanding of technical components, being successful will require your ability to collaborate, balance priorities, and bring different groups together.

We’d really want you to…
- 5+ years of experience in technology, or fintech companies, with 2 focused on a management role in a Marketing function. Having worked at both growing-early stage startups and larger organisations.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, DeFi or/and NFT space will be a major benefit.
- Track record of data led decision making around growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue generation
- Understanding of how to manage a variety of target audiences and products and conversion funnels
- Experience of managing budgets and making realistic decisions between marketing programs, based on data analysis and desired product outcomes
- Strong project management capability and detail orientation
- Experience growing passionate user and developer communities in order to enable market adoption of our product and technologies
- Ability to effectively manage a complex, remote-first team with a diverse set of backgrounds, opinions, and working styles
- Be excited about the product that we’re building, whilst enhancing team cohesion in distributed workplaces and communities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Remuneration will be competitive based on experience and an element of token reward can be applied if you have an appetite for that.
This is a remote position although time zones must be between GMT and PST for overlap with the rest of the team.
