How to get MATIC tokens on the Polygon network

Bridging MATIC tokens on the Polygon network can be a tricky process, which is why we recommend using Binance or Kucoin as you can withdraw right to the Polygon network.

1. First you will need to add the MATIC Mainnet to your MetaMask wallet by visiting and clicking “Connect with MetaMask”. This will automatically add the network to your wallet.

2. When you have completed that, you will need to switch to the Polygon network (Matic Mainnet) in MetaMask to see your address.

3. Once there you can copy and paste your wallet address into the withdrawal address in Binance.

4. By going to the Binance withdrawal page once you have bought MATIC tokens, you can select the network in which you want to withdraw to.

5. The process is the same for Kucoin, follow the steps above on the Kucoin platform and make sure to select the Polygon (MATIC) network to withdraw to.

You should now be able to see your new balance in your MetaMask wallet on the MATIC Mainnet.
